Welcome to PETRIKOR

The products sold in the PETRIKOR online store, such as natural stones, crystals and jewellery, are intended primarily for decorative use and collecting.

We want to give our customers clear information about our products, their properties and their proper use. Please read the following notes before purchasing our products.

1. Intended use of the products and wellbeing claims

PETRIKOR does not claim that its products have medical, therapeutic or scientifically proven psychological effects.

Any traditional meanings, symbolism and related beliefs of stones presented in product descriptions or our other communications are cultural and indicative in nature. They should not be interpreted as medical or health claims.

Our products do not replace the assessment, advice or treatment of a healthcare professional.

2. The individuality of natural materials

Natural stones and crystals are natural materials whose appearance varies from piece to piece. Each stone has its own natural shape, colour, pattern and surface texture.

For this reason, the product delivered may differ slightly from the product shown in the online store's product images. Size, translucency and natural formations may also vary.

These characteristics are part of the nature of natural materials and make every piece unique.

3. Safe handling of the products

Our products should be handled with care and in accordance with their intended use.

Please pay particular attention to the following:

• Small stones and detachable parts of jewellery may pose a choking hazard.

• Keep the products out of the reach of small children and pets.

• Do not use broken or damaged jewellery.

• Do not use the products for anything other than their intended purpose.

4. Limitation of liability

PETRIKOR is not liable for damage caused by handling or using the products contrary to instructions, carelessly or contrary to their intended use, to the extent that limiting liability is permitted under applicable law.

This notice does not limit the rights the customer has under consumer protection legislation or other mandatory legislation.
